For this reason, Luna Core Systems SRL does not assume any responsibility for the descriptions of the products presented in our shop, which are identical to those provided by the suppliers of each brand. Also, the images are presented on the site as examples and the actual products delivered may differ from the images in any way (colour, finish, accessories, appearance, etc.). Luna Core Systems SRL understands the importance of the information presented on this page and makes constant efforts to keep it up to date. The customer will be notified within the average processing time of an order (2 working days) if due to unavailability of stock of a product the delivery time is extended or the order cannot be honoured. The customer will be debited the amount blocked on the card for that order. After cancelling a card transaction, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount to the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on their policy. Any complaint regarding the quality of the products, delivery or payment will be brought to the company's attention within the legal deadline for solving the problem raised by the customer, at the email address office@worldlinecare.com. All products (where applicable) are accompanied by the leaflet issued by the manufacturer. If the products cannot be delivered or suffer defects during delivery, the customer may request the immediate return of the amounts already received by Luna Core Systems SRL, but not any other compensation. Luna Core Systems SRL condemns attempts at fraud and provides all necessary support to recover any losses. By agreeing to this document, the client fully assumes these risks.
The maximum amount of Luna Core Systems SRL's liability to any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount of the sums received by Luna Core Systems SRL from that customer.
If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid for any reason whatsoever, that clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
By placing the order and purchasing the products, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, or you have not edited our FAQ section (https://www.worldlinecare.com/info/faq), the value of which is the same as that of a valid contract concluded.
