Shea butter with blood orange oil

Description

Blood orange is a popular Ghanaian, eminently sweet variety of this citrus fruit with distinctive red flesh. The oil from this fruit is also characterised by an exceptionally sweet aroma, which is unobtainable from other orange varieties.

How to use

Apply a small amount to clean skin and massage. After a few minutes, the shea butter should be completely absorbed, leaving the skin soft. If absorption is difficult, reduce the amount. We recommend melting the butter in the palms of your hands before use.

DUAFE white shea butter with natural red orange oil smells exceptionally pleasant and very subtle. The light, candy-like fragrance of this particular variety is noticeable, crisp and very exotic. However, shea butter has its own characteristic scent, so please bear in mind that this cosmetic does not smell like a perfume. The oil ‘breaks’ the shea scent, but does not dominate. It is a natural oil, so it will not be as powerful.

The oil itself is often used in aromatherapy: it is used during relaxation sessions to reduce anxiety and mild depressive states. When used topically, it provides relief from inflammation, is effective against acne, and maintains beautiful, smooth and healthy skin.

The butter is 100% natural, unrefined, without any additives. Depending on the season; light beige in colour or almost white, with a delicate nutty-floral fragrance.
